Evaluation of the arrangements for managing local flood risk

We have recently been appointed by Defra to undertake an independent evaluation of the arrangements for managing local flood risk. Local authorities have been busy responding to the requirements of the Flood & Water Management Act 2010 and our evaluation will inform Defra's post-implementation review of the Act in 2015.
